Getting Started At MUSC


All students should attend Graduate Student Orientation and Department of Bioengineering Orientation at Clemson. International students will also be required to attend a separate orientation provided by the Office of International Services.

Getting Enrolled at MUSC

Students and fellows should contact Bill Lewis (,; 843-876-2395) to get started at the Clemson-MUSC Bioengineering Program. This process is required to obtain an MUSC identification badge and usually takes a week or two to complete. Additionally, online OSHA training and other actions will have to be performed before you can begin.


On-campus parking can be arranged via the MUSC Office of parking management. Fees are $90 per semester for students and $61 per month for postdoctoral fellows for on-campus parking. Off-campus parking is available for students at $75 per semester and $33 per month for postdoctoral fellows. Bus service to campus is provided.
