Events and Training

The OPA hosts monthly events to help new postdocs get acclimated to MUSC:

  • New Postdoc Orientation
    • When: Second Monday of each month from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
    • Where: Bioengineering Building, Suite 101 Conference Room
  • Postdoc Networking Coffee Hour
    • When: Second Thursday of each month from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
    • Where: Bioengineering Building, Suite 101 Conference Room
  • Drop-in Office Hours
    • When: Every Monday from 3:00 p.m. to 5 p.m.
    • Where: Bioengineering Building, Suite 101A (additional times by appointment only)
  • Responsible Conduct of Research Training
    • Offered twice a year in January and July
    • 8 hours as per the NIH requirements
